Description: The Questionnaire was initially developed and validated by a collaboration between the University of Malmo, Sweden and Griffith University, Australia. It was consequently used in Sweden, Australia and UK through a collaboration with the University of Birmingham to investigate attitudes of Periodontologists in the respective countries. Use of the questionnaire is allowed (and encouraged!) as long as the developers are mentioned.
